What geographical areas do you serve?

SDS Discovery is capable of providing services to any legal enterprise in the country, however, most of our services are delivered in Virginia, the District of Columbia, the mid-Atlantic and Southern U.S.

How do you receive data?

We accept transfers over the internet (via SFTP) or deliveries of media such as CDs, DVDs, flash drives, and external hard drives to load directly to our data storage. Contact us for a more detailed explanation of the file transfer options.

How quickly can you process my data?

When we receive a job, we take inventory and plan out the workflow for the entire project. Depending on the scope of the project, we are very flexible around client deadlines, as we are available to work 24/7/365.

Where can I find your pricing?

Pricing depends entirely on the scope of the project.  Please contact us with general guidelines for your project and we will quickly respond with pricing. When you further consider the quality of service you receive and the impact of our ESI data on your legal outcomes, you’ll quickly see that our rates are attractive and more than fair.

What are the system requirements to run the applications? Operating System? RAM? Processor? Network connection? Storage? Internet access?

Minimal System Requirements: either Linux or Windows – with the understanding that performance relies on the processing power of he individual client’s servers.

Then, plug-in your reliable network connection to access our licensed servers. An offline license may also be necessary; depending on your needs and the level of service you choose.  We will be happy to give you a more complete answer personally.

What are your Tech-Support Fees?

Generally – $250 per hour, though discounts may be available.
